When government prices change, the physical stock in the tanks mixes. The system automatically computes a continuous Weighted Average Cost (AVCO) based on remaining tank liters to preserve accurate profit margins and cost metrics without any errors.
1. Enter new government rate in New Retail Selling Price.
2. Input actual liters received and total supplier paid amount.
3. The system handles active rate updates and tracks the exact purchase cost per liter dynamically.
